In June of 2003, psychologist Dr. Kevin Leman came together with a prominent Christian marketing and internet design company, The Envoy Group, and a leading Internet developer, Ephibian, to form the company SurfVantage, LLC. Its mission would be to incorporate the knowledge of Dr. Leman’s 30 years of clinical study and research on relationships into a powerful new Christian dating service. The service would be called MatchWise.
