Lauren S. Holtzman, M.A.,P.T.
Ms. Holtzman is a licensed physical theraptist with 17 years of experience. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Physical Therapy and received a Masters in Arts degree in Pathokinesiology from New York University. Her work has included pediatrics, oncology, orthopedics, women's health and pain management. She specializes in the treatment of urinary incontinence and pelvic pain as well as manual therapy including zero balancing, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, process acupressure and visceral manipulation. Ms. Holtzman's philosophy is to look at the whole individual in order to integrate the mind, body and spirit.
Mary Kate Freis-Hershfeld, P.T.
Ms. Freis-Hershfeld is a licensed physical therapist and certified Feldenkrais™ practitioner. She graduated from Marquette University with a B.S. in Physical Therapy and has done masters work in business and education. She became certified in the Feldenkrais Method™ by the Reese Movement Institute and International Feldenkrais Guild. Her work includes Johns Hopkins Hospital where she has worked for twelve years and one year in San Francisco, California at St. Mary's Spine Institute. In addition to the Feldenkrais Method™ Ms. Fries-Hershfeld specializes in spine care, craniosacral therapy, zero balancing, myofascial release, PNF and general orthopedics. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and physical abilities and prescribes learning through easy movement.
