- Martello Property Services has been doing business as a property management company in Vancouver for more than 19 years. The original company was formed as First City Property Management as a division of First City Developments. The President, Wayne Smithies, took over the company from First City in 1988 and re-branded the company to Martello Property Services Inc.
From personal experience I can attest to the unprofessional and ignorance Don Dingman has displayed. He has little effort to conclude problems and acts childishly when confronted. Whether this is his inability to go forward and complete tasks, his poor communication skills or just plain lazy I am unsure. I would not recomend Don Dingman or Martello Property Services to any strata corp as they have little attention to concluding matters and seem to savour long drawn out problems without solution.
