In his capacity as therapist, executive coach and business consultant he assists and organizations resolve crises, create change and achieve peak performance.
As a professional musician and storyteller with a 25 year background in business as well as the healing arts, Mark Shepard struggled with multiple personal challenges which continually frustrated him and kept him from being who he wanted to be and doing what he wanted to do.
Motivated equally by curiosity and desperation he began to investigate the field of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy. Using NLP he made rapid changes in himself that enabled him to break through personal blocks that had held him back for years. Inspired by his own rapid changes, he decided to learn everything he could about the subject and pursue certification the field of NLP and Hypnosis
