When I first started to see hints of the planning for our class reunion, primarily via Facebook, the above thought was the first one to hit my head. Ten years is more than a third of my life, long enough that I willingly refer to it as “back in the day.” And so I always assumed that my ten-year reunion would allow me plenty of time to gain some perspective on what I’ve done with my life, and what everyone else had done.
