We gladly accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of your purchase*. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply write your reason of return on your invoice or packing slip, and return all contents, invoices, packing slips and the original box it was delivered in, and then ship it to the return address listed below. We highly recommend returning your unwanted merchandise via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation® and Insured Mail® , as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returned items sent by regular USPS Mail.
The item must be returned in NEW condition, and in original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Your return MUST include a copy of your invoice or packing slip to receive proper credit.
If your purchased item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly send you a full refund. Simply return the item in its shipped condition and note "damaged" or "defective" on your packing slip. Include the packing slip and all of its contents in its original shipped box and return it to the address above within 15 days of the date of delivery of your shipment. Once we receive your package, we will credit your purchase back to your credit card.
