- About Lyon Aviation
- Lyon Aviation, Inc. was founded in 1982 by Lynn Lyon and his wife Shirley. Ideally located in Berkshire County, at the Pittsfield Massachusetts airport, Lyon Aviation began as a fixed base operator (FBO) providing fuel, maintenance, hangar services, charter and flight instruction. The early fleet consisted of a Cessna 172 and a Cessna 310. Employees were, in large part, family.
