She also works out of an office on the Upper East Side in Manhattan two days per week.
Ms. Shields became interested in massage and bodywork while living and working in Hong Kong where she studied at The International Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine Research Institute. Back in New York she attended The Swedish Institute School of Massage & Allied Health Sciences.
