Kevin Lumley, founder and owner, has fifteen years of experience in the bridal industry, predominantly in men's formalwear. After ten years in the Southeast and five years in the Midwest, Lumley, a southern man steeped in the old traditions and educated in new trends, returned to South Carolina. Recognizing the need for an online, virtual planning tool that offers more than basic checklists, he wants to share his vision and insight gained from years of talking to, listening to and assisting brides as they plan their special event.
Lumley's dream has become a reality. "Planning a wedding when people are spread across the country is very difficult", according to Lumley. "This site offers bridal parties, professional consultants and commitment ceremony parties a way to organize everything".
Lumley has a BA in psychology and an MBA in Business Administration. He is listed in Who's Who in Business Executives, is a registered consultant with the Association of Bridal Consultants, is a member in good standing with the Charleston Chamber of Commerce and the Lowcountry Wedding Professionals. In addition, he is constantly participating in training and education within the event planning industry.
