We encourage the body, using only natural methods, to allow itself to heal and bring itself to its original state of wellness, as you were meant to be. We also incorporate metabolic typing, a method of determining how your specific metabolism works, which gives us important information on how to help you learn how your body works. This metabolic information is key when determining how to successfully incorporate weight management for individuals.
Over the years, Rod has personally trained and assisted numerous individuals in their quest for superior health and vitality. Over the past 15 years, Rod has been a personal fitness trainer ( Certified through the Sports Performance Institute), managed many large commercial fitness centers, owned a weight management center, competed in the sport of bodybuilding, and has met 7 Time Mr. Olympia and the now Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger twice. Rod attended the Port Credit branch of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and graduated with honors and has received the designation of Registered Holistic Nutritionist R.H.N. Today, A Love of Health assists individuals and corporations, where Rod and his staff work to deliver customized wellness solutions for superior health and vitality to all who require it and want the best for themselves.
