- My name is Craig Shue and I am the owner of Lone Star On-Site. I have over 9 years of experience in IT (Information Technology). I have worked in all layers of support for corporations and even the US Army as a civilian contractor. My experience started as a telephone helpdesk technician and quickly progressed to a field technician support position. After earning industry certifications I then advanced to a system administrator supporting user accounts, file servers, and e-mail servers. I have worked for small companies, a private high school, and a large utility company. My last position prior to starting Lone Star On-Site was as an Active Directory Migration Engineer performing NT4 to Active Directory upgrades for US Army bases. I have had experience supporting and troubleshooting single PC's to large scale server farms and projects involving over 60,000 users. No problem is too small and no project is too large.
