we grew a total of... 9 pumpkins in the back yard. some of them turned orange.. but some of them did not. when you have 9 pumpkins.. you can't just keep making pie. so far i've made curried pumpkin soup.. and pumpkin & raisin cake. i think i'll turn the others into pancakes and maybe coookies. what else can you do with pumpkins?? also.. i made this reaaaaalllly super delicious bowl with quinoa, tofu, black kale... and other stuff.
