I became inspired to create a fresh, all natural baby food line after looking at what was available to purchase at the local grocery store. One of the first things that caught my eye was the color of the pureed foods. For instance, peas aren ' t naturally a dull, brownish green color. They are a bright and vibrant green! What happens to them to make them lose their natural color? Also, many of the commercially available baby foods have fillers, added salt and sugar, and preservatives. Do our children really need these added ingredients? All of these things led me to make fresh baby food for my son. After hearing my friends complain that they didn ' t have time to prepare fresh food, but that they wished that they could, I was inspired to start Little Potatoes. I am convinced that parents and babies alike will be totally satisfied with my products. How could you not, it is of the highest quality and naturally delicious.
