Little Loon Wireless was developed as an initiative of Medstead and District Recreational Association (MADRA). A few years ago, MADRA recognized the need for broadband infrastructure in the rural region northwest of Saskatoon. Access to broadband services would provide a link to the global economy and resources, access to educational and health services, and would generate new business in the region.
