RE: Unfilled Order

In mid-November I placed an on-line order for Lipo In a Box (size large). I failed to get my order number at that time. On November 17, 2007, my VISA card was charged $53.25 ($48.00 + S/H) for the item. As of this date (December 14, 2007), I still have not received my order. I have tried calling the phone number (800-791-7027 TN) and get Appleseed Company. I called both (615-885-1800 and (866-547-6269) and am told that the Connie Elder mail-box is full. My sister Linda Mounce (5033 W. Sunnyside Ct., Visalia, CA, 93277) placed an on-line order at the same time and received her order very shortly after placing it (her Order #119526123812240). I am requesting that you fill my order (my preference), or contact me at the phone number above, so that I might receive credit for the item.
