- The Lionheart Company of Bowmen is an archery club based in the ancient county of Rutland. We practise various styles of archery including target, field and clout shooting. Formed in November 1997 by Richard Drewe, Frank Dyer and Andrew Bubb to support traditional forms of archery and increase public awareness of the sport, the Company now provides a focus for those interested in archery through the ages as an element of warfare, recreational pastime and competitive sport.
