Our non-US office and language institute, CELC, is run out of Buenos Aires, by director Cecilia Behotegui. Cecilia has been instructing instructors and students for over ten years, and holds vast experience receiving guests from foreign countries, as well as heading traveling study groups out of Argentina. Cecilia looks forward to overseeing a notable improvement in your language skills, and welcomes you to study at her institute outside of Buenos Aires, should you have the opportunity to pay her a visit.
