Description
Rosey Norton from Heighington in Lincolnshire created Lincolnshire Cam in 2002. Rosey, a proud yellowbelly felt it was about time Lincolnshire was put on the map.
With the help of Tony Richard’s of the famous Lakeland Cam, set about designing a site to show Lincolnshire as she sees it. Lincolnshire Cam is a real family event with husband Jeff, daughter Holly and brother Rod all making contributions.
Lincolnshire Cam now has a large overseas following with people from all over the U.S., New Zealand, South Africa and other places visiting and emailing weekly. The site now attracts up to 1500 visitors per day wanting their weekly fix of pictures and tales. Rosey is a keen naturalist and supporter of local rare breeds is herself a keeper of rare breed poultry and ducks, the tales often come from the strange collection of animals and their antics.
