- believe that coaching and team dynamics should be Christ-centered. Our first two team goals exemplify this: 1) Glorify Christ in all we do and say and 2) Encourage others. Athletes on my team will pray together daily, give team devotions, and will be encouraged to look to Christ and honor Him as the source of their strength and ability. Our role as Christian witnesses and servants will be exercised as we encourage and support each other and members from opposing teams. The last two goals are achieved within the context of the first: 3) Improve our personal best performances; 4) Achieve team success
