LEXBER, INC ., a real estate development and construction corporation, started with low-cost housing projects for the National Housing Authority in 1980. The company then entered into government infrastructure contracts. Several years later, the increasing market demand for real estate development prodded the company to venture into it, with some financial support from the government. Today, LEXBER, INC has grown but it remains as a company imbued with social responsibility. While achieving its revenue objectives, it is still involved in low-cost housing in keeping with the management policy of continuous service to Philippine society, and it is continuously expanding to include affordable vacation homes and condominiums, in famous tourist spots in the country like Baguio and La Union.
