Established in 1991, the law firm of Barnes and Farrell has resolved hundreds of California Lemon Law cases. Partners Stephen G. Barnes and David J. Farrell offer free consultations on Lemon Law cases, and accept most cases on a contingency-fee basis.
A graduate of Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California, Steve joined the State Bar of California in 1990. He belongs to the California Consumer Attorneys, California Lemon Law Attorneys, and the American Bar Association. Prior to graduating from law school, Steve served as a judicial intern in the California Court of Appeals for Justice Harmon Scoville. Steve also teaches for Coastline Community College in its paralegal department.
