WATERSTONE Benefit Administrators began operations in January 1999, with the mission to provide employee benefit services to member hospitals of VHA Oklahoma / Arkansas. From 1999 through mid-2000, WATERSTONE provided claims administration services exclusively to VHA Oklahoma / Arkansas members. Our goal and commitment to our member hospitals was to increase the timeliness and improve the accuracy of claims payment, and provide critical management of overall claims dollars.
