- Leigh has worked in the bankruptcy and insolvency field for over thirty years. He began his career as an Official Receiver with Canadian Department of Consumer and Corporate Affairs, now Industry Canada. He then pursued his Trustee’s license, which he obtained in 1979. He graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1969. He received his designation as a Certified General Accountant (CGA) in 1986. Leigh has been a general member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals, (CAIRP) since 1979. Leigh is Past-President of the Manitoba Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals, (MAIRP).
