Leland Bristol and Associates, Inc. was established in 1982 by a MIT trained Aeronautical Engineer and since that time we have been systems analysts and programming consultants. In 2002, we became LBA Renewable Energy Systems Inc., a consulting company to design, install and maintain renewable energy systems. LBA always has had an excellent reputation for quality work and business integrity which will continue. Our primary business at this time is designing and installing renewable energy systems. In addition we perform renewable energy consulting services, that is, providing information and expertise to Architects, Homeowners, Business owners, Commercial Developers, Residential Developers, and Utility Companies who wish to learn more about and possibly install a renewable energy system.
We design systems that have an evolutionary growth path. You may start with a backup power system and add solar panels later on. You may start with a grid-tied solar PV system and add batteries later to have a backup power system. The system can be upgraded by adding wind turbines, micro-hydro turbines, fuel cells, and diesel generators at any time. You will never be stuck with obsolete hardware..there will always be room to grow!
The renewable energy field is growing and new technologies such as wind turbines and fuel cells are maturing and becoming economically viable. LBA is keeping up to date with the changes in the industry and hopes to be your primary source for this new knowledge.
