About the Artist of Hope For well over thirty years Steven Lavaggi, the "Artist of Hope," has been known for his imaginative, colorfully original paintings and grand scale murals. After many years of creating expensive artworks enjoyed by the few who could afford them, Steven realized his true desire was to reach the hearts of all people. This is when he decided to begin to create affordable inspirational collectible artworks everyone could enjoy. The rich meaning and significance of what originally began simply as an angel painting, was later revealed, after Steven transformed the painted image into an original sculpture. The leap into the first edition of these twenty inch Angel sculptures became an immediate international sensation. This began a phenomenal series of events which have propelled Steven onward into creating an incredible collectible series of fresh, Spirit inspired sculptures, figurines, printed editions, jewelry, as well as, home and garden décor accents under the series titled the "Angels of Reconciliation©." This series represents a global symbol of God's love of unity and reconciliation for all of humanity. Whether it be reconciliation between man and God, people's relationships, or even nations with one another. it is a message of hope and reassurance for the times in which we live. It is all about faith, hope and love for the Artist of Hope. Steven has always creatively reflected light in the midst of the darkness, encouraging the viewers to believe in the higher purpose of life through a spiritual perspective. Angels are one symbol Lavaggi uses as a guidepost to show God's ever present love, care, protection and guidance. Their wings majestically point upward toward Heaven, where we may envision our loving Heavenly Father smiling down to encourage us every step along life's journey here below. In creating these truly sincere expressions of faith for our world, it is the artist's intent to edify those who own his art and share his vision with others. In the end only what we do out of a sincere heart of love for God and for others will last for all eternity.
