All manufacturing is overseen in our Rice Lake Wisconsin facility. We invite you to review our website for products we carry and contact us for your personal appointment at one of our showrooms.
Shipping Policy: Most shipments will be made within 48 hours of approved order depending on day of the week. Most shipments are sent via UPS ( or Fed EX Ground on request). In the case of very large orders, shipments will be made upon completion and forwarded via common carrier (truck) unless you request a certain carrier line.
Claims and Returns: Merchandise recieved must be checked immediately upon reciept against enclosed packing list of the shipment. All claims and or returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. To authorize a return call 1-877-459-6056 and ask for the claims dept. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
