W. L. Lashley & Associates was established in 1947 in Houston, Texas as a manufacturers' representative and distributor for the HVAC industry. Sales in the early years were to residential as well as commercial customers. Design services on house plans for residential builders were provided by selecting performance, size and type for the various equipment sold by the firm. Outstanding leadership and service led to stable, conservative growth and financial strength.
