Each part, new or used, carries a 30-day exchange warranty for the same part if found defective. If the part is returned as a defective item, it must be returned within the same 30-day period. We do not accept returns for improperly ordered parts. Any refused package will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refunded. NO warranty on DC jacks and backlight bulbs.
Each system we repair comes with a 6 month parts and labor warranty. Only the exact problem and symptom originally described to us is covered under warranty. If you need to return a laptop for whatever reason, please use the same repair order number for the return of the laptop.
We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We do not accept Discover cards or Debit cards. Check or money order is also acceptable for laptop repair payment if you call us first and make arrangements. This is not valid for part orders. For shipments in California, sales tax will be added. We accept valid reseller card for tax exempt companies.
