Title to and risk of loss of the products passes to you when LaptopParts, Inc. delivers them to the shipper, as allowed under item 2303 of the Uniform Commercial Code and corresponding state laws. All freight, insurance, and other related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser shall be responsible for promptly advising LaptopParts, Inc. of any loss and for filing a claim for recovery of any loss during transit.
