- In response to requests, we now offer readers the convenience of placing "advance orders" on upcoming releases. These are items that LFB has already bought but which are still being printed or have not yet been released by the publisher. When an "advance order" is placed in the same order with books already available, it is considered a separate order (for determining shipping charges). To avoid the extra shipping charge, you may choose to hold the entire order until the "advance" item is released. To do so, simply submit a Ship-Together Request. Otherwise the available part of the order will ship within 24 hours, as usual.
