- While theme parks and out-of-home experiential venues such as that are still struggling with creating a balance of programming that offers up enough of something for all ages, it is a rare museum that doesn't acknowledge that the baseline audience through the front doors Tuesday through Friday are endless (they hope) clouds of elementary and middle school / junior high kids. Not much of an impact in the gift shop bottom line, but they do help to keep the lights on and the janitors busy . . .
