Köhlr Baby, pronounced "cooler baby", was established in 2002. The founding vision of Köhlr Baby is to offer a safe, unique line of top quality fleece products that are both comfortable for the baby, as well as, being functional and easy-care for parents. These innovative products include a selection of snuggly crib sheets, blankets and baby sleeping bags. All these products combine simplicity of design with comforting, soft-touch, easy-cleaning fleece fabrics.
With the advancement of fabric technology, we recognized a place for alternatives to traditional cotton and flannelette products. Due to its advanced technical properties, fleece is an ideal replacement for these traditional fabrics. Fleece was created as an alternate to wool and offers exceptional warmth and wicking qualities which help keep baby dry. The ultra soft, soothing feel of fleece is immediately ‘snuggable’ and this quality remains after multiple washings. Washing too, is kept simple as fleece is easier to care for than traditional fabrics and Köhlr Baby uses quality fleece fabric in all its products.
