K.I.S.S. Listings was established in 1995 to offer the public a means of buying and selling manufactured/mobile homes much like a realtor does for Site Built Homes.
When listing with K.I.S.S., the selling process is simplified. All of the advertising-showings, financing for the prospective buyers, and all of the closing and legal paper work is handled by K.I.S.S..
At the beginning of the listing process an Inspection Condition Report is done. This is a detailed list of the Year, Make, Model, Size, Serial Numbers, Amenities, Condition, and Location of the home. Also at this time pictures are taken, and recommendations are made about any pressing needs or repairs that could be done to help the home appeal more to a prospective buyer. After all we are trying to MARKET your home no just list it!
