Kirkwood Court Apartments are privately owned and well established. We are located directly north of Kirkwood Community College and adjacent to Kirkwood’s new REC center. While most of our apartments were built in 2002 through 2004, we have been catering our apartments and management to the needs of Kirkwood students since 1987.
We offer extra-wide sidewalks that connect to campus, making walking or biking to class a desirable option. For those wanting to drive to class, our private drive connects our complex to Kirkwood’s campus, eliminating the traffic back-ups on Kirkwood Blvd.
