- Pediatric Associates of Kingston was started in 1967 by Dr. Joseph Klein, Dr. Sheldon Kluger and Dr. Edwin Lyons at the current site of 425 Tioga Avenue Kingston PA. Since that time,we have grown to include 5 full time pediatricians and a full nursing and office staff which cares for over 15,000 patients from the Wyoming Valley and surrounding areas. Through the years we have cared for thousands of babies and children. Many parents in our practice were patients here as children, and now look to us to provide medical care to their children. This is the best testament to our quality of service and caring for children a practice can have.
