The Company was founded by Ken Wright 25 years ago, registering the name Kingsmead Trust at Companies House two years after that, also registering with N.H.B.C.
Initial projects included building a complex in Bromley for the semi retired, also Commercial Properties in the Kent and Surrey areas. Ken Wright was highly commended for the Bromley project and was made a Fellow of the Guild of Surveyors.
Upon returning to Hereford in 1992 he took on a complex of barns returning the Granary at Haywood Lane Belmont and Oak View from complete dereliction to what are now considered to be some of the best properties of their kind in Hereford.
