- My name is Sadie Candelario, the Co-Owner and Executive Director of Kids & Company, Inc. I welcome you to our facility. I have worked in child care for 15 years. During those years, I acquired an A.A. Degree from Interamerican University in Puerto Rico and a national child development associates degree. I graduated from the Miami Dade Community College with over 500 hours of early childhood training, working with the High Scope curriculum. I love children; each child is unique, and their early years of life are important for all areas of development. My commitment to you is providing a safe, clean, and superior quality educational program based on children's needs.
