Kenny, I want to thank you so much for the song "Don't Blink" My father was a great fan of yours. He passed away Tues Morn March 18th around 4 am...He had just turned 79 on March 6th. We buried Dad on Good Friday March 21st with an array of friends and relatives that even surpassed my amazement. He had just way too many people that cared from the hospital he volunteered at, to the parish where he was a lay minister and on and on...over 300 I'm so sure...but what spoke most about my father was that song! He had called me on my birthday (dec 18th) to see if I had heard it yet and what I thought. I was like OH man it is so awesome,,,His question was would mom like it for their 57th anniversary song at dinner on June 3rd...alas he didn't make it! Just thank you again for something that means the world to me, mom and dad!His name was Loyal H. Bessire. Anyway on the way to Lubbock, Tx. from Houston, Tx. I heard the song 3 times. I had to stop twice and right after that song I heard "Don't Happen Twice"...man what was going on,,,Kenny tellin me that it will be ok!...This is no shit! On the way back to Houston tho i never heard "Don't Blink",,,,dad's way of saying you will be fine SON! I work at the Brazos River Bottom Club, Inc. in Houston, Tx. and have for 19 1/2 years...big fan and always will be, and I am only missing 2 cd's of yours myself..yeah yeah I know blowing smoke.....oh well will get them from someone I'm sure..or look em up online,,,gahee,,,well good luck on your tour...I wished I could be there but I have to work weekends as the head Bartender...later man and thanks again!
