Tómas Kennedy-Grant practises as a mediator, arbitrator, adjudicator and legal adviser. He has a law degree from Oxford University and is a member of the English and New Zealand Bars. Starting in 1964, he has 43 years’ experience as a lawyer, in particular in the fields of civil and commercial law and construction law. He also has experience in the field of medical law. For 10 years (1992-2002) he was a Master of the High Court of New Zealand.
