In 1948, Keith Smith Company started selling hatching eggs in the back room of a local Hot Springs, Arkansas warehouse. From this humble beginning Keith Smith Company has grown to become an industry leader in the broiler hatching egg business. By diversifying to meet the needs of the poultry business Keith Smith Company has grown to both own and operate pullet and hen farms, as well as its own feed mill.
