The intention is to provide innovative and strategic advice to office clientele, who are of the highest caliber in the motion picture, television, music and multi-media areas, so that they can make prudent decisions and thus succeed in gaining their business objectives.
Constantine P. Karos is a graduate of The College of the City of New York ("CCNY") and the Harvard Law School. He was admitted to practice first in New York where he initially practiced as an associate with a prestigious Manhattan law firm, and then as an in-house attorney with two Fortune 100 corporations. When his practice involved him more and more in important entertainment matters, he relocated to California (California Bar Number 44054) where he has since maintained his practice for more than forty years (admitted to The State Bar of California on 5/12/1969), primarily in Beverly Hills and Century City. Although his practice over the years has included almost every area of civil law, in California he has primarily had a general entertainment law practice serving the needs of his many entertainment industry clients. His clients have included major motion picture, television and music industry entertainers, motion picture and television producers, writers and directors, music publishers, agents, personal managers and business managers. Mr. Karos has himself been the producer of two feature films, a television special and a legitimate stage production. He is presently in solo practice in Beverly Hills, having previously been Counsel to General Artist Corporation (now ICM) and in practice with Cohen, Ehrman & Karos. Before entering Harvard Law School, Mr. Karos served on active duty for two years as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army Reserve.
