Karen Cary, owner of Karen Cary's Miniatures, brings a unique talent to the miniature hobby world having evolved a style as individual as her work is recognizable. Karen's technique comprises elements of all medias and transcends barriers of style and taste.
Karen's interests in the miniature hobby begin in 1970 when she hand crafted 1" scale furniture for a dollhouse project she was working on. Karen was a student of art and painting so this was a new craft for her at the time. This was the beginning of a life-long love for the miniature hobby.
