ONLY money orders or certified bank checks made out to Karaoke Klub will be accepted by UPS. You may also pay by personal check or money order through the mail. PLEASE NOTE: When using this payment option, orders will not be shipped out until funds clear our bank, usually about 10 business days. Any check returned for non-sufficient funds will be assessed a $25 check return fee. Call ahead for a final total on your order. Make your check or MO out to Karaoke Klub and mail to the address below.
Software: No returns on software unless defective. CDG's are renditions ONLY of the original songs & artists. Defective software will gladly be exchanged within 15 days for same title software. Damaged or defective CDG's MUST be returned before allowing credit or replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Hardware: Factory sealed merchandise in the original box may be returned within 15 days for credit minus shipping & a 15% restocking fee. Return defective hardware within 15 days and we will gladly replace it. Defective hardware MUST be returned before allowing credit or replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
