At the Kallini Puppet workshop we continue in this tradition, striving to create new and advanced puppetry techniques, taking this age old artform into the twenty first century.
Many of the puppets developed at the Kallini Workshop use a unique combination of strings and rods, enabling the puppets to perform tricks and stunts that would in the past not have been possible.
Although they have all the charm and appearance of a conventional marrionette, they now have the advantage of far greater movement, almost lifelike, leaving the audience totally baffled as to how it was all done.
