After what seemed an eternity, Danush is finally here. He was born on June 09 at 5:53 AM CDT. He weighed 7 pounds and 10 ounces at birth and was 21 inches long. Diya is ecstatic, contrary to what we expected. No sibling rivalry here; at least not yet! Diya absolutely loves watching and playing with her brother even if Danush cannot reciprocate at this time. A colleague remarked how time erases the memories of hard work when a baby arrives and only leaves fond memories.
