- Alton J Caldwell Sr (frustrated) : Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Norman, and I don't know who else, run the story about McSha Properties and the admitted fact that they defrauded the tax credit program out of $6,000,000.00 dollars. District Judge Heaton refused to permit a plea bargain that allowed Larry Shafer and fellow defrauders to paid $4.2 million and walk. Judge Heaton said that someone should be prosecuted. Can (Lawton) "we depend on you"? Of course we can depend on the Constitution also, I saw one 3 inch article in the Constitution on page 6C of one addition that mentioned the fraud.
