Yup, that's me, the one-and-only K80K. K80K is a nickname given to me by Apok of SkullzDotOrg. Why you ask? It was inspired by Stephen King's The Shining and the fact that my first name is "Katie" and my middle name starts with a "K". On the net I am also known as RoscoeMD, which stems from a long story involving my brother and his friends. If you want to know why, just ask.

By day I am a Programmer Analyst for a healthcare software company specializing in government services. By night I am a freelance web designer either supporting or assisting on several websites. Some of my work can be seen at the following sites: Snuttock, Riley 23, and SkullzDotOrg (coding on the cam portal).

I try to workout out at least 6 days a week by either jogging, walking, biking, or working out in my basement gym with the FIRM. I have made a lot of healthy changes in my life over the last year. To read more please visit my "health" section.
