- My name is Meredith, and I am a 28 year old woman currently living in South Carolina. I grew up all over the world as an Army Brat, and as an only child, the diaries I kept were my most prized possessions. While my family and I might move every year, always leaving my friends behind, my journals made the transition from place to place, a stable constant. I moved here from Chicago almost six years ago, and while much more settled now, I keep a journal to this day.
