Josephson's takes great pride in providing fast service with no sacrifice to quality. Lenses are typically made in 2 - 4 days depending on the type and complexity of the lens design. In an emergency or if exceptionally fast service is required, lenses can be made in less than one day.
Our tradition of service to our clients and to eye care professionals means that if the doctor's prescription changes within 90 days after the glasses have been ordered, they will be remade at no charge.
In 1935, David Josephson began his career as an optometrist, opening his first Toronto location at Bloor and Spadina. A mid-career illness led to his establishing Josephson Opticians. Early on, David's interest in fashion, shared with his wife Merryl, led to their search for the newest, most unusual eyewear in New York and Europe. Josephson's reputation was thus established as the Canadian leader in innovative quality fashion eyewear.
