Joe Gates Construction, Inc. has been building homes in Kitsap County since 1989, and worked in the construction field since 1976. Both Joe & Judy are active members of the Kitsap County Home Builders Association, a national organization.
A proud recipient of the Pacesetter award for Outstanding Customer Service, we have also been named one of the top 15 builders in America by Custom Home Magazine. In addition, we are a Three time recipient (2000, '97,and '93) of the Home Builders "Award of Excellence", given for excellence in construction, design, and the homes overall quality and detail.
Joe and Judy have been active volunteers in many community projects, including Christmas in April, organizing supplies, labor and volunteer work crews for a one day "fix-up" of an elderly low income persons home, as well as Project Family Playhouse Showcase, building small scale luxurious
